Omniva parcel machines are like “self-service post offices” located in places of operation. Because the parcel machines are located outside, you can access them at any time.
As parcel machines are located outdoors, this means that shipments are NOT protected from possible weather damage all year round.
When the parcel arrives at the parcel machine, an SMS with a door code will be sent to your mobile phone number. Enter the received door code into the parcel machine. A cupboard will open with the package sent to you. It is possible to pick up the parcel within 7 days from its arrival at the parcel machine.
