Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to consumers only:
Right of cancellation
In order to exercise your right to terminate the transaction, you must inform us immediately, but no later than the goods will be sent (Unique Beauty OÜ, Katusepapi 4/2-110, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 11412, Estonia, telephone +372 55979456, e-mail info@lamilashes.ee) of your decision to cancel this contract in an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form. However, you are under no obligation to do so.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the transaction, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to the fact that you selected a type of delivery other than the standard shipping that we offer). We will do this immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment to reimburse you for expenses that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund if the item was not shipped to the buyer. We may deny refunds to you until we have received the item back or you can prove that you have sent the item back, whichever comes first.
You must return or transfer the goods to us without delay and no later than within 7 days from the day you notify us of the termination of the contract. If you ship before the seven-day deadline, you will be deemed to have met the deadline.
The returned item must be undamaged, complete, in its original packaging and unused.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the case of goods that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned if their seal was removed after delivery.
The Client undertakes to cover the costs of returning the goods in the amount of EUR 15, unless the returned product does not correspond to the Client’s order.
